Daily Rate (ADR) cityofhenderson.com 29 Over the past decade, Henderson has experienced significant growth in hotel/motel room inventory, number of attractions and visitors. In 2000, the city had a total room inventory of 1,752. Since then, the total number of hotel/motel rooms has more than doubled (see table page 30). In 2013, Henderson hotels and motels generated nearly one million room nights. Reflectively, visitor volume has remained relatively flat over the past three years even as hotel stays have become more affordable, falling slightly to close the rate gap between hotel and motel stays.
